                     About me

I’d like to introduce myself as Pampos.  I am a footballer from Cyprus and I moved to London in September 2014.

I was born in Paphos, Cyprus in 1992.  I began playing football as a young boy and quickly realised that my dream was to play football.  I started playing football for Olympico Football Academy which was the beginning of my career.  Here I received an award for the Best Young Player, Best Talented Player (under 10’s) and  won the tournament as Captain of the team.  Three years on, I moved to Paphos FC in order to develop myself as a player.  Here I achieved Best Player and First Scorer (u12).  During this time we were awarded a Diploma and Medal for playing in the final of Episkopi Limassol Football Tournament.

I then transferred to Atromitos Geroskipou FC in Paphos in 2006, where I received further awards and became a player for the first team at the age of 16 and remained so until 2013.  My time here helped me to become a professional player and my coaches supported me in becoming a more accomplished player.

This lead me to a move to Olympiakos Nicosia FC for a year and I then progressed to Foinikas Agias Marinas FC, Paphos until 2014.

I then came to England to continue my career and achieve my goal of being a professional footballer in England following on from my accomplishments in Cyprus and my objective to do the same here.  I am currently focussing on training daily, in order to better myself in readiness for an opportunity.

I believe when you want to succeed as much as you want to breathe, that you will be successful, no matter how hard it maybe at times.  I believe in being a positive individual and I always aim to see the good in everything.

I always want to win and I am committed to working hard to succeed as I pride myself on a NEVER GIVE UP attitude.
